Data You Provide
The search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the third-party provider that powers sponsored results. We do not store copies of those searches on our own servers. If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send and use it to respond.
Automatic Site Data
Our hosting service records ordinary server-log data such as IP address, browser type, visited pages, and timestamps. We review that data in aggregate to maintain the site and understand which pages are useful. Cookies or similar tools may be used for basic analytics and, where applicable, advertising measurement.
How We Use Data
We use the data described above to run the site, troubleshoot errors, measure traffic, and improve content. We do not sell visitor lists. We do not create individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
This site links to government portals, Los Angeles County and California records offices, library collections, and third-party search tools. Each outside site has its own privacy policy. Data submitted there is governed by that site's rules, including sponsored search results provided by a third-party company.
Who May Receive Data
Hosting and support providers process server logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We may disclose data when valid legal process requires it. Otherwise, we do not share visitor data.
Data Protection
The site is served over an encrypted connection. Server logs are retained only as long as needed for the purposes described above. Because the site has no user accounts, it does not store passwords or account profiles.
Users Under 18
This site is intended for users 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, and limit certain personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, including Civil Code section 1798.100 and related provisions. California also operates the California Privacy Protection Agency Data Broker Registry and DROP deletion system for registered data brokers. Because we hold very little, most requests are limited to checking our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to make a request. Public records held by Alhambra, Los Angeles County, or California offices are outside our control; removal or correction requests for those records must go to the custodian.
Updates to This Policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here. Continued use of the site after a change means the revised policy applies.
